Books
Here are some books that I have found helpful:
Lee Frosts' book "Photos that sell" is a great book to get you started in the stock photo industry. It covers
many areas such as: Markets and ways to market yourself, equipment, subjects that sell and how to shoot them.

Although some parts about digital photography in this book is outdated, the shooting part has been of great
help to me. Frost offers great insight and creative ideas on how to take pictures that will sell time and again. Subjects discussed in this book include people, nature, vacation, sport, business, industry, wildlife, agriculture, food & drink and concepts. I find myself coming back to this book often, looking for inspiration. Richly illustrated with Frosts own picture as well as other professional photographers images and views on particular subject areas. Recommended!
Very useful books for the serious stock photographer. It is an extensive list of places to sell your photos and it offers good marketing tips and advice on how to run your own photo business.
A great book for beginners and hobbyists! Gives you a lot of good advice on how to take better photos. Also offers photo editing, printing and organizing tips. A fast and fun book to read with easy to follow instructions. Inspiring!
This is the book to read when you find yourself in a creative rut! A very inspiring book to read for all levels of experience. This book will help you to look at your surrounding with new, creative eyes. Beautifully illustrated with the authors own photos. Probably my favourite photography book!
A good, general book about many aspects of digital photography written by a experienced photographer. A helpful book for people new to the game, but not for people looking for more in depth info on specific areas.
A interesting book about a sometimes neglected area of digital photography. Going digital doesn't mean trashing the old filters. This book shows you how to utilize them in a good way as well as explaining how they work. There is also a chapter about digital filters.
As the title says, this is a book about the essentials or fundamentals of lighting. It explains how light works and discusses how to best use it to your advantage. Also gives you some brief explanation and tips about studio lighting. A good introduction, but not for people who wants to dig deeper in specific areas.
